STD/HIV Graphic Art Contest
The Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS), Bureau of Communicable Disease Control, STD/HIV Program in collaboration with WestCare Pacific Islands and Guam’s Alternative Lifestyle Association (GALA), is pleased to announce the 2017 STD/HIV Graphic Art Contest. The contest is open to all high school students on Guam. Students can design a super hero-themed mascot that promotes safer sexual behaviors and choices. The winner’s design will be featured in the STD/HIV Program’s Prutehi Hao “Protect Yourself” Campaign to promote STD Awareness Month in April.
Contest entries must be submitted to the DPHSS, STD/HIV Program in Mangilao (Room 156 or 127) or at the Northern Region Community Health Center in Dededo (Room 156). Last day to submit artwork will be Friday, April 14, 2017 at 12:00 pm. For additional information, please contact Vener Raymundo, Communicable Disease Investigator, at 735-7149.
