Division of Environmental Health announces New Fee Schedule for Guam Controlled Substances Registration
 
The revised fee schedule for the Guam Controlled Substances Registration (GCSR) is now in effect.  Practitioners and institutions seeking to manufacture, distribute, or dispense pharmaceutical controlled substances are required to obtain a GCSR.
 
The Department of Public Health and Social Services is authorized under Title 9 Guam Code Annotated, Chapter 67 to adopt rules and charge fees to administer the Guam Uniform Controlled Substances Act. The proposed rules, and its new fee schedule, took effect on Jan. 21, 2018.  
 
The revised fee schedule is as follows:
 
Guam Controlled Substances Registration for 2018
 
Initial Application:  
Manufacture controlled substances $1,000
Distribute controlled substances $500
Dispense, conduct research or instructional activities with, or to conduct chemical analysis with any controlled substance $500
Pharmacy $500
 
Renewal Application:  
Manufacture controlled substances $1,000
Distribute controlled substances $500
Dispense, conduct research or instructional activities with, or to conduct chemical analysis with any controlled substance $500
Pharmacy $500
 
The fee for re-issuance remain unchanged at $10.00.
