GENERAL NUTRITION SERVICES 

General Nutrition Services (GNS) is responsible for the overall planning, development, direction, coordination and evaluation of locally-funded public health nutrition programs for the Territory. It is responsible for identifying community nutrition needs, developing programs and activities which address gaps in service, providing clinical and public health nutrition education to groups and individuals, developing professional and community partnerships, and providing professional nutrition consultation to departments and institutions.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination  Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at:  http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
