Issuance Section

Ensures the timely processing of over-the-counter requests and special payments for cash assistance through the direct payment process. Administers the issuance of benefits through the EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) card; maintains an inventory of EBT cards and PIN swipe machines; reconciles the EBT SNAP account; coordinates the printing and mailing of client notices, appointments, medical cards; coordinates the printing of all program registers; oversees the File Room Unit.
