Ensures effective and efficient administration of the SNAP, Cash Assistance, Medical Assistance and Child Care Assistance Programs through program monitoring and evaluation activities.
1. Program Policy Development Unit
Prepares required plans/amendments for federal approval; monitors program error rates for active and inactive cases; develops policies and procedures; prepares, maintains and updates operational program manuals; develops, revises and controls program forms and informational material; provide staff training and policy clarification.
2.Program Reporting Unit
Compiles and prepares federal and local reports. Ensures the accuracy and timely submission of program reports; compiles ad hoc reports as requested by the Legislature, Governor’s Office, Director or Division Chief.
