What You Can Do

Develop a regular exercise plan.
Choose an exercise program that will be fun. Don't force yourself to engage in an activity that you do not enjoy.
Exercising can be a good social activity as well, so invite a friend or family member to join you.
Exercise does not need to be strenous for you to achieve maximum health benefits.
Remember you don't need to do 30 minutes of straight exercising. You can instead accumulate your 30 minutes in spurts throughout the day. For example, take the stairs instead of an elevator. Look at any physical activity as an opportunity to be healthy, not as an inconvenience.
