DEH Processing Center Section

The Division of Environmental Health Processing Center Section consists of Customer Service Representatives, and a Customer Service Representative Supervisor. The Section accepts, reviews, and processes applications for the issuance of Health Certificates, Controlled Substances Registrations, Sanitary Permits, and Disinterment/Reinterment documents through the implementation of Title 10 GCA, Chapters 21-22, and 30, and Title 9 GCA, Chapter 67, and its rules and regulations.  PCS is now located in Hagatna, at 155 Hesler Place.  Please click on link for directions:  https://goo.gl/maps/QcccsNgcv2CaC6RHA.
