TO ALL INTERESTED VENDORS
The Bureau of Health Care Financing Administration (BHCFA), under the Division of Public Welfare (DPW), Department of Public Health & Social Services (DPHSS) is soliciting information from interested vendors to procure an Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) System that is already established and is able to work with BHCFA to implement and maintain compliance with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Section 12006(a) of the 21st Century Cures Act.
Interested parties may obtain a copy of the entire RFI beginning May 24, 2021 at the DPHSS/DPW/BHCFA office at Suite# 5 University Castle Mall Building, 130 University Drive, Mangilao, Guam 96913 between 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, excluding GovGuam Holidays or you may download a copy of this RFI from the attached documents.
All interested vendors shall submit or email a copy of a letter of interest to include a copy of business license, company address, contact numbers, fax number, and email address to the following address no later than 5:00pm, Chamorro Standard Time (GMT+10), Friday, June 25, 2021.
