Hafa Adai! The Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) has been working in partnership with Guam Homeland Security/Office of Civil Defense (GHS/OCD) and the Bureau of Statistics and Plans (BSP) over the past several months to update the 2008 Guam Pandemic Influenza Plan. As part of the update, there will be a 30 day public review and comment period from March 21- April 22, 2022. You can view the files under the “Draft Guam Pandemic Plan Documents” section below. You can view the draft plan in its entirety or by chapter.
If you wish to provide comments on any of the updated chapters, please fill out the “Public Review Comments Document” in the attachment section below by 5pm on Friday, April 22, 2022. Please follow the instructions on the document carefully as non-compliant submissions will not be retrieved for review. Once you have filled out the Public Review Comments Document for a chapter, please send it as an attachment to the corresponding chapter point of contact via email with the following subject line: “Guam Pandemic Plan- Public Review Comments”. The chapter point of contacts are listed on the Public Review Comments Document.
