Nourishing Guam’s Mothers and Children - Women, Infants and Children (WIC)

The Guam Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) provides nutrition education and breastfeeding support services, supplemental nutritious foods and referrals to health and social services. WIC serves pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women; infants; and children under the age of five.

Modernizing Nutrition Support for Guam Families

On June 17, 2025, WIC launched the upgraded HANDS 2.0 system in FY2025 to improve service access and strengthen support for families across Guam.
