Guam Community Health Centers Services

The Guam Community Health Centers (GCHC) is dedicated to providing accessible and high-quality primary healthcare services to the community of Guam. Two (2) centers serve Guam’s community, the Northern Region Community Health Center (NRCHC) in Dededo and the Southern Region Community Health Center (SRCHC) in Inalåhan.

Guam’s Only Certified Patient Centered Medical Home

The Northern Region Community Health Center (NRCHC) has maintained Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) certification for the past four (4) years and is currently working toward its fifth (5th) consecutive certification, reflecting its continued commitment to coordinated, patient focused care for Guam’s families.

CLIA Recertification (Certified up to July 5, 2026)

Certified through 2027 following its July 17, 2025 inspection, the NRCHC Laboratory continues to serve as a vital community resource, offering moderate and waived testing such as blood counts, urinalysis, diabetes markers, and strep screening. These services help families access timely and reliable care close to home.
