Quality Control Section
The Quality Control Section (QC) conducts thorough reviews on randomly selected SNAP program cases and child care authorizations. The reviews are conducted according to rigid federal guidelines. Findings of each review are reported to the program for their information.
The program responds to the QC findings on a case-by-case basis indicating agreement or disagreement and takes corrective action(s). Collectively, the findings are compiled and analyzed by the PIME section and reported to the program and their federal counterpart.
