DIVISION OF PUBLIC WELFARE
The Division of Public Welfare (DPW) is dedicated to supporting Guam’s most vulnerable populations by delivering essential services that promote health, stability, and self-sufficiency. DPW administers a range of federally and locally funded programs and is structured to ensure effective oversight, policy development, and service delivery through its central state office and three specialized bureaus with a focus on efficiency through people, process, and technology.
