The General Services Agency (GSA) has announced the Invitation for Bid (IFB) GSA-003-16 for the GUMA SERENIDAD – Comprehensive Management, Operation and Maintenance of Protective Services for Seniors and Adults with a Disability.
This program is currently known as the Emergency Receiving Home and in December 2015 will be known as GUMA SERENIDAD.
IFB bid packages for GSA-003-16 are available for pick up at the General Services Agency (GSA) Office, in Piti, and can also be viewed and downloaded from their website at gsa.doa.guam.gov
