Assists registered caregivers who are 18 years or older and caring for an elderly person aged 60 or above. The program supports caregivers who are 55 years or older and are caring for a child aged 17 or younger, or an adult between the ages of 29 and 59 with a disability. Core services include respite, counseling, supplemental, information and access assistance.
Monthly Saturday Caregiver sessions are provided for caregivers to share their experiences in caregiving duties.
