PUBLIC HEARING ANNOUNCEMENT
The Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) is scheduling a Public Hearing
for the FY 2019 Guam Preventive Health and Health Services Block Grant on Friday,
May 17, 2019 at 10:00am, at the Public Health Incident Command Center (PHIC) Conference
Room, DPHSS, Mangilao. The grant consists of the following health programs for:
Heart disease, Diabetes, Obesity, Hepatitis C and Sex Offense Prevention activities. For
