The Department of Public Health & Social Services (DPHSS) announces that the Guam Medicaid Program proposes to amend its State Plan by revising outpatient and eyeglasses services reimbursement methodology and expanding prosthesis and orthotic devices coverage, effective October 20, 2021.
The projected annual aggregated expenditure increase for FY22 is $5,029,296.00.
A copy of the proposed State Plan Amendment 22-001 can be obtained on the Guam DPHSS website at dphss.guam.gov or between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the following locations:
• DPHSS BHCFA office – Ran Care Building, Ste C3; 761 S. Marine Corps Drive, Tamuning
• DPHSS BHCFA Program Management Section Office – Castle Mall Building, Ste 5 (next door to Subway); 130 University Drive, Mangilao
Please submit comments and questions via email no later than 4:00 p.m. October 22, 2021 (ChST) which will be posted on the Guam DPHSS website for public view.
