Medical Cannabis License Applications
With the Passage of Public Law 33-220, also known as the “ Joaquin (KC) Concepcion, II Compassionate Cannabis Use Act of 2013 “, qualified patients will now be allowed the beneficial use of medical cannabis to alleviate symptoms caused by their debilitating medical conditions and their medical treatments.
Applications to obtain a Registry Identification Card, Medical Cannabis License, and Permit to Operate are available at Central Public Health in Mangilao at the Chief Public Health Office Room 225 on the second floor. The applications, as well as other related documents, are available on the Department of Public Health and Social Services website at www.dphss.guam.gov.
